Information on How to Create/Join a Digital/Phone Meeting in Our Area

If you are having difficulty getting any of these features to work after using the tutorials, please email and with specific questions.

Please provide your Group’s name, a good phone number for us to call, the service you are attempting to use, and which step of the tutorial you are having difficult with.

How to Create a Digital/Phone Conference Meeting

Though there are other methods to host Digital/Phone Meetings, the following three methods seem to be the easiest and most readily available for all members. We have listed them by how “user friendly” they are, with the simplest at the top.

How to Join an Already Existing Meeting

1. To join a Meeting, all you need to do is check the Listing HERE, find a meeting you’d like to join, and call the number given. When prompted, enter the access code. Note that there are sometimes difficulties and you may need to call as many as ten times, depending on the volume of callers.

2. To join a Zoom Meeting, just click this link and follow the instructions.

3. To join a Google Hangouts/Meet Meeting, please check the Listing HERE for information. This tutorial also has information about joining, though note that some of the instructions are for those interested in hosting a meeting using Hangouts/Meet.
